01 R&D Background

Existing crankshaft reciprocating high-pressure water pumps require lubricating grease to lubricate the plungers. For industries such as food, medical, seawater desalination, textiles, and firefighting that require high cleanliness and pollution-free water sources, these existing pumps clearly cannot meet the requirements. Moreover, this type of pump generally suffers from the inability to adjust flow; lubricating oil can easily cause fires and must be replaced frequently, leading to high maintenance costs; the pump is bulky, inefficient, has high noise and vibration, and consumes significant energy. Industries with high requirements for water quality and pressure in China usually import water-lubricated axial piston pumps from the foreign company Danfoss. For a long time, Danfoss has monopolized the supply of high-pressure water pumps for this sector, with expensive products, uncertain delivery times and after-sales service, and a limited product range with non-adjustable flow. Furthermore, when cleaning such pumps, a high-pressure pump is required, resulting in considerable energy waste.

To resolve the long-standing issues of domestic crankshaft reciprocating pumps and imported high-pressure pumps, our company launched a dedicated project to develop pure water lubricated axial plunger pumps and related technologies. The product has reached the world-leading level, filled a domestic gap, and has broad market prospects.

02 Core Technologies and Innovations

Our company has improved the structure of the swashplate axial piston pump. Water serves as both the working medium and the lubricating medium. During pump operation, it simultaneously achieves self-lubrication and self-cooling, delivering pollution-free high-pressure water with maintenance-free operation. The multiple axially arranged plungers and hydraulically returned plunger structure make the pump body compact and small. The adjustable swashplate structure allows flow adjustment of the same pump without changing the dimensions of pump components. Advanced metal materials, sealing materials and plunger-slipper structures, combined with advanced equipment and manufacturing processes, ensure excellent sealing, high working pressure and efficiency, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, long service life and low noise. A flushing check valve is installed at the water outlet, so a standard cleaning pump can be used instead of starting the high-pressure pump, reducing energy consumption and improving economy.
